| MKA Projects Ltd acted as Project Monitor for both Maidstone Weald PCT and the Woodlands Health Centre General Practitioners during the construction of their new home in Paddock Wood.
The project involved moving the Health Centre from their outdated and outgrown building to a temporary building for 12 months whilst a new purpose built centre was constructed on the old site.
MKAP’s role involved monitoring the developer and his design team to ensure the Client’s needs were incorporated, reporting on progress of the scheme and managing direct orders where they needed to be integrated with the construction works.
Balancing the differing needs and requirements of the many health specialists who occupy the building certainly ensured a healthy workload!
