| MKA Projects was appointed by AOS to undertake a space utilisation survey for their client Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust for a major property portfolio review.
MKAP’s services included collating existing drawn information, monitoring space usage and producing measured surveys for the review being undertaken by AOS.
The works involved MKAP Surveyors being resident on site working with the Trust’s staff for a number of days.
There is evidence of a manor house named Preston at Aylesford in the Doomsday Book. The property belonged to the Culpepper family from the early 1300’s before passing to the Milner Family in 1794. In more recent years it has been a hospital and offices for the NHS
