Developer Windsor Fairlawn Ltd appointed MKA Projects to project and cost manage the conversion of a former mushroom farm near Gatwick Airport.

Planning has recently been granted for conversion of the existing buildings to provide 140,000ft2 of B8 storage.

The project will be split into phases:

  • Security
  • Demolition/strip out
  • Landscaping
  • Building refurbishment
