| MKA Projects Ltd were appointed by Milbourn Equine Ltd as Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors for the conversion of an existing agricultural barn (former grain store) into an equine diagnostic veterinary facility at Sevington, near Ashford in Kent.
The facility provides approximately 3,000 square feet of accommodation which contains treatment rooms, knock-down box, x-ray facilities, isolation box, measuring pad, a small lab and dispensary, office and welfare space for staff and vets.
MKA Projects have also overseen the conversion of another barn on the site into stables and storage space.
Works were completed in January 2009 on time and to budget.
