The hotel consists of two six storey steel-framed blocks and a glass atrium with walkways at each floor to link the blocks.

The project was part of the larger Regents Quarter regeneration of the Kings Cross area, and careful co-ordination was required with the surrounding building sites and businesses to maintain deliveries and ensure the tower cranes did not clash!
