A green roof system is being fitted to the top of a new office block in Maidstone, Kent. The private developer of Unit 3 Eclipse Business Park is retaining the 2^nd floor and roof top office space for his own use with the other two floors being let out.

MKA Projects Ltd is Cost Consultant and Project Manager on this £1,700,000 / 1058m² concrete frame building which is due for completion in February 2006.

This is the second appointment on Eclipse Park for the company following their appointment as Planning Supervisor for Phase 1 by Gallagher Properties Ltd.
