MKA Projects have been engaged by Papa John’s / Perfect Pizza Ltd to undertake a cost review and cost modelling exercise on the fit-out of their takeaway outlets across the UK.

The works involve analysis of historic costs, identification of areas of cost reduction and production of a cost modelling system whereby Papa John’s can monitor costs and produce budget estimates for future stores.
