MKA Projects have been appointed by Time Construction Consultancy in Moscow to undertake M&E Quantity Surveying services on the feasibility stage of a 30,000m² residential development on the outskirts of the city.

The development consists of a number of support buildings serving the main residence on a 60 hectare site.
