MKA Projects are pleased to announce that they have been appointed by The Ship Management Company (Faversham) Ltd to provide Building Surveying services at Bedlington Square, Faversham.

The management company is responsible for the maintenance of the 11 residential properties and 2 retail properties that form the development on the site of the former Ship Inn.

MKA Projects has been engaged to undertake an insurance valuation of the properties, investigate and advise a solution for the rectification of defects with a shared gutter, and organise and administer the ongoing property maintenance.
