MKA Projects were recently appointed through Hammonds Solicitors to assist their client, a local contractor, with a dispute over the construction of a retaining wall at a private residence near Ashford, Kent.

MKA Projects duties included re-assessment of the final account, cost value reconciliations, input on official claimant's documentary submissions, attendance at court mediation sessions and advice on the final settlement.
