Property Developer Windsor Fairlawn Ltd has appointed MKA Projects to project and cost manage the conversion of a former mushroom farm near Gatwick Airport.

Planning has recently been granted for conversion of the existing buildings to provide 140,000 ft2 of B8 storage.
