MKA Projects have been appointed by Milbourn Equine Ltd as Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors for the conversion of an existing agricultural barn (former grain store) into an equine diagnostic veterinary facility at Sevington near Ashford in Kent.

The facility will provide approximately 3000 square feet of accommodation which will contain treatment rooms, knock-down box, x-ray facilities a small lab and dispensary, office and welfare space for staff and vets.  Works are due to start on site in early summer 2008. Value: circa £200-300k.
