MKAP was appointed by Oakway Holdings as contract administrator for the demolition and rebuild of a new 3,250ft2, five bedroom detached house. The house will have a media room and family room in the basement and a study, reception room, kitchen/breakfast room, dining room and cloakroom on the ground floor.

Three of the five bedrooms on the first floor will have en-suite facilities and there will also be a separate family bathroom. Work on the property in Alma Road, Reigate, Surrey commenced in September 2007.
