Lyttell Hall, a former beer research institute building is being converted from laboratories and offices to nine luxury one and two bedroom flats. MKAP are cost consultants on the conversion of this Victorian mansion house in Nutfield, Surrey, which was originally the home of the McAlpine family.

The existing two storey Bell Tower will be converted into a study and music room for one of the flats. The terraced gardens will remain, but the rest of the house will be totally remodelled to target the “retiring downsizing” market.
