An existing MKAP client recommended that the new owners of a double fronted, eight bedroom, Victorian property in South West London get in touch with Jon Seymour.

After meeting with the clients, MKAP has been appointed to project and cost manage the circa £1m complete refurbishment.

We are currently awaiting planning permission before commencing work.
