| When Procore Project Solutions were appointed by a major international company to provide consultancy services for the procurement and design of its new European headquarters they immediately turned to their strategic partner, MKA Projects Ltd, to provide Cost Management and Planning Supervisor services.
The project itself was very demanding, particularly in terms of timescale as from appointment there was only six months to create a new environment in a building that had not even been chosen yet.
MKA Projects detailed the advantages and disadvantages of various procurement routes and recommended the JCT Management Form due to the timescale.
We then went on to manage the costs to achieve a 12% saving against the original client budget
