The building was based on a 6m x 6m grid and has an in-situ concrete frame with an integrated aluminium Speedeck cladding panel and Kawneer window system.

The specification also included a lift, comfort cooling and a Green Roof system surrounding a fully glazed office unit at roof level.

The developer has let the ground and first floors and retained the second and third floors for his own company’s use.
