| Following the conversion of Wrotham Barn to a 4,200ft2 family home, MKA Projects Ltd were asked to act as Cost Consultants for the Client during the agreement of the final account with the Contractor.
Construction works involved stabilising the existing structure, complete refurbishment of the external envelope, remodelling of the interior and substantial external works.
Architects for the scheme were MKA Chartered Architects who blended the original features of the barn with contemporary design to form a stunning residence.
