Each house has five bedrooms, three receptions, four bathrooms and a 668ft2 kitchen/dining room.

Half the square footage of the entire property (12,000ft2 in total) is underground and facilities include gym, media room and wine cellar.

MKAP are also involved in refurbishing the existing coach house.

The first property was handed over in February 2008.

The whole project has a £3 million budget.
