| Ashford Shopmobility is a registered charity that hires mobility scooters to the less able bodied shoppers of Ashford, Kent. (Shopmobility is a national charity operating similar schemes all over the UK).
The charity was formerly based in a portacabin in one of the town’s car parks before being offered a unit in Ashford’s prestigious new County Square shopping centre.
Through their membership of Ashford Construction Focus Group (www.acfg.co.uk) MKAP provided free construction cost advice for the fit-out of the unit.
